As the other reviews will say, this group of realtors/property managers is superb! My family and I relocated from San Diego to Santa Barbara for a job transfer. With the rental market so tight, we knew teaming up with an experienced realtor and/or property manager was a must for us to land a great property from afar. In comes Kyle Richardson and I can not say enough good things about our experience with him – professional, knowledgeable, excellent customer service skills, responsive and a true pleasure to work with all around. Thank you Kyle and we can’t wait to team up again when we’re ready to buy our first home in the area!!!

My husband and I recently closed on a new home, and what can often be a stressful process was made extremely easy and smooth because of Kyle Richardson. There are so many reasons as to why Kyle is so great. He’s knowledgable, honest, patient, well-connected in the community, organized, reliable, confident, and sincere. He not only guided us through each step, but he also taught us and helped us become educated home buyers. Basically, he is everything you’d want in a realtor and we cannot sing his praises enough. The Richardson team, Mike and Kyle were a dream to work with. They were both always available on a super short notice to show us a property as soon as it came on the market. They truly had our best interests in mind and wanted to find us the perfect family home. They even recommended we back out of a deal as soon as it became evident that it would not be a good fit for us. Kyle and Mike worked with us the entire time even coordinating all of the improvements to the property after the sale had closed. As far as we are concerned this is a top notch team.
