University of Pennsylvania. University of Wisconsin – Madison. Savvy with emphases such as urban land economics, the University of Wisconsin – Madison is considered a top 3 Real Estate program in the United States. University of California at Berkeley. New York University. It makes sense that one of the most expensive places to live in the world would have a top Real Estate program at the university located in the heart of the city. Ranked #6 in Real Estate programs, this east coast school prides its teachings on the many different areas within the state as well as communication, organization and ethical behavior with clients.
